About us

Guillermo de la Rosa is a writer and filmmaker from Venezuela.

From an early age, he bonded with his country over the myths and legends that inhabit its folklore. Among them, stories of ghosts and spirits, known in Venezuela as “espantos y aparecidos”, have captivated his imagination and fueled his narrative work.

Guillermo gravitates towards tales from the afterlife as a window to better comprehend social settings, a glimpse into the human wounds and longings that hide beneath their shadow, and as a bridge to his childhood home, which he had to abandon in the midst of a severe crisis.

He currently lives and works in Toronto, Canada, in the company of his cat Dean.

Diego de la Rosa  is a Venezuelan painter and illustrator.

His work portrays the cultural impact of the social crisis in his home country, making use of symbolism to explore the ideas and feelings derived from this reality.

His process involves compiling images of places and people in Venezuela, and later rearranging them as paintings overflowing with narratives and chimeric elements, such as giants, theatrical auras and fantastical characters.

Diego currently lives and works in Toronto, Canada, alongside his wife Antonietta, their cat Safa and their dog Nutella.
